Lead Dotnet Developer

The position of Developer - .NET Full Stack at Binary Semantics Ltd. in Gurgaon(WFO) requires a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate should have a Btech/BCA+MCA educational background and possess extensive technical knowledge in software development along with strong logical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify performance problem bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions. - Support and lead the design, development, debugging, and maintenance of the product. - Implement and maintain processes for Version Control & Code Quality standards and tools. - Participate in product design meetings to ensure development adheres to client specifications. - Establish standards and best practices within the software development area. - Implement quality measurement systems with strict adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate effectively with team members, other developers, and cross-functional technical teams. - Demonstrate a team-oriented personality with strong communication skills. - Adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize work effectively. - Anticipate problems, deal with ambiguity, and take decisive actions. - Work independently as well as part of a team towards shared goals and leadership. - Have a strong sense of accountability and strive for performance excellence. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of web development on the .Net ecosystem. - Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Microservices. - Good understanding of Devops. - Solid knowledge of database development, particularly SQL Server.
