Lead Dotnet Developer

As a Software Development Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable applications using .NET Core and SQL Server. Your role will also involve designing and maintaining high-performance SQL Server databases, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze and optimize database queries, ensure application security, and work on system integrations and deployment strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Application Development: Designing, developing, and optimizing scalable applications using .NET Core and SQL Server. - Database Management: Designing and maintaining high-performance SQL Server databases, including query optimization and indexing. - Code Review & Best Practices: Enforcing coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies. - Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Performance Tuning: Analyzing and optimizing database queries, stored procedures, and APIs for better performance. - Security & Compliance: Ensuring application security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards. - Integration & Deployment: Working on system integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment strategies. - Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identifying and resolving performance issues, bugs, and scalability challenges. - Customer Handling. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6-8 years of experience in software development using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API. - Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and database design. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular/React (preferred but not mandatory). - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills. - Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and customer support.
