Azure Data Engineer

You are a skilled Azure Data Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in data development and engineering using Microsoft Azure. Your expertise lies in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based data solutions, with a strong understanding of Azure data services, ETL processes, and data modeling. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics. You will be optimizing ETL/ELT processes for large-scale data ingestion and transformation, managing Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB, and ensuring efficient processing and storage of structured and unstructured data. Implementing data governance, security, access control policies, collaborating with various teams, monitoring data performance, troubleshooting issues, and automating workflows will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess 5-6 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Azure, strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake. Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, or Scala, familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools, knowledge of DevOps practices, and understanding of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks are essential. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills will be crucial for success. Preferred qualifications include being Microsoft Certified as an Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203), experience in Kafka, Event Hubs, or other streaming technologies, and knowledge of machine learning and AI-driven analytics.,
