Job Summary Design, implement, and maintain robust database systems using MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL. Perform advanced database tuning, optimization, and maintenance to ensure high performance and availability. Develop and implement comprehensive backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity. Monitor and analyze database performance, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency. Manage and enforce database security best practices, including access control and monitoring. Create and maintain detailed documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient database schemas. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Conduct data migrations and upgrades to support evolving business requirements. Generate and implement Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) to enhance database operations and performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in database technologies and best practices.
