Lead – Data Migration (Core Banking | Finacle) - Dubai Onsite

Note: Apply only if you have hands-on Finacle data migration leader experience and are willing to relocate to Dubai (UAE) within a month.

We are hiring a Data Migration Lead to oversee critical core banking data migration from legacy systems to Finacle. The role involves end-to-end ownership of planning, execution, validation, and post-migration assurance to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with banking regulations.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep knowledge of core banking platforms and data architecture and proven experience delivering complex data migrations within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete data migration lifecycle, from scoping and design to implementation.
• Review and validate data mapping between legacy systems and Finacle.
• Ensure high data quality through reconciliation, validation, and post-migration checks.
• Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and vendor partners to align requirements.
• Plan and oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and UAT.
• Document data migration methodologies and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate data migration risks.
• Mentor and guide team members involved in migration activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 3 or more core banking data migration projects (Finacle experience mandatory).
• Strong command of SQL and data migration tools.
• Deep understanding of core banking modules such as Assets, Liabilities, Trade Finance, and General Ledger.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, Governance, or Project Management.
