Job Description

As a Manager Customer Success at MTAP, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to create and successfully close opportunities, introduce new products, analyze competition, and enhance Revenue Market Share (RMS) from the existing Large & Medium customer base. Your responsibilities will also include segment-based strategies, understanding customer needs based on their current infrastructure and future business requirements, as well as ring-fencing existing customers through effective churn management. Additionally, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the customer's industry domain, including terminologies, historical trends, and emerging patterns. Your ability to gather a comprehensive 360-degree view of the customer's business landscape during interactions and bridge any communication gaps will be key. Moreover, you will be involved in Customer Life Cycle Management, data mining for various products, and leveraging commercial acumen for Cross Selling & Upselling, with a preference for Consultative Selling. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with proven experience in Account/Service Management - Background in Information Technology - Proficient written and oral communication skills - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint - Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes for customer-facing scenarios - Familiarity with technical risks and supportability parameters - Strong decision-making abilities - Capacity for innovative thinking, adaptation, and driving best practices - Skilled in account farming through relationship management Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune Why MTAP: At MTAP, we prioritize diversity and inclusivity, offering competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and avenues for professional growth and development.
