Lead CRM, Automation & CC Support Operations

You will be joining Angel One Limited, a leading Fintech company in India that offers broking services, margin trading facility, research services, depository services, investment education, and distribution of third-party financial products. The company is on a mission to become the No. 1 fintech organization in India with a focus on building personalized financial journeys for its 2 crore+ registered clients. Angel One is known for onboarding over 800k new clients every month in the current financial year, utilizing new-age technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. As a Lead: CRM, Automation & CC Support Operations at Angel One in Mumbai, your role will involve taking end-to-end ownership of CRM systems and outbound contact center tooling, including Cloud Telephony, Truecaller, and Dialers. You will also lead support functions such as Training and Quality, collaborating closely with product and tech teams to enhance operational efficiency at scale. Your responsibilities will include managing CRM workflows, automations, and integrations, mentoring a team of 20-25 members across support functions, working with Product/Tech to enhance user onboarding funnel KPIs, and driving reporting, process compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate for this role should have 7-12 years of experience in CRM or support operations, proficiency in CRM tools like LSQ/Salesforce, Dialers, and Cloud Telephony, a proven track record of leading mid-sized teams, and strong cross-functional collaboration and analytics skills.
