About the role

A day in the life of a Lead - Creative Strategy


  • Strategic Framework Development:



    • Craft comprehensive, 360-degree campaign and always-on frameworks by conducting trend-based research, ensuring structured brand narrative, and maintaining strategic rigor throughout execution.


  • Platform & Distribution Strategy:



    • Develop platform-specific strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of each social media channel, regularly optimizing content strategy through performance analytics.


  • Insights Generation and Social Listening:



    • Continuously monitor social platforms to identify emerging cultural trends, market insights, and talent opportunities, translating these insights into actionable strategic recommendations.


  • Community and Content Strategy:



    • Lead the shift from functional communication to entertainment-focused, community-driven strategies, designing engaging content themes tailored specifically for audience interaction and growth.


  • Deep-Dive Strategic Inputs:



    • Regularly execute detailed strategic analyses addressing brand-specific challenges or opportunities.


  • Cross-Account Coordination:



    • Serve as the central strategic resource ensuring continuous alignment and strategic consistency across all accounts, collaborating closely with internal creative, analytical, and account management teams.


  • Proactive Client Collaboration:



    • Regularly interact with clients to present insights, strategies, and recommendations, ensuring consistent strategic alignment with client objectives and brand vision.

    • Suggest key ways to integrate Kulfi s internal cultural intelligence tool into retainer strategy workflows

    • Collate reports on campaign performance for key retainer brands


What does success look like


  • Business KPIs


  • Grow Mega accounts to 2m and support the account management/ Brand Partnerships team in growing existing accounts

  • Improvement in key campaign and always-on metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and click-through rates.

  • Consistent growth in audience engagement and community interactions across social and content platforms.

  • Successful identification and implementation of culturally relevant trends, resulting in increased brand relevance and audience sentiment.

  • Regular strategic insights directly influencing positive shifts in brand perception and audience engagement.

  • Achievement of quarterly strategic review goals, ensuring campaign objectives and execution plans are aligned.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase


  • 3-5 years of work experience in an creative agency doing culturally relevant brand campaigns

  • Strong curiosity and a passion for understanding consumer behaviour and cultural trends.

  • Ability to conduct primary research and analyse data to uncover consumer insights.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of social media analytics, website analytics (Google Analytics), and other digital metrics.

  • Proactive approach to staying updated on the digital media landscape.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
