As a Lead - Creative Strategy at Kulfi Collective, you will play a pivotal role in shaping culture by leveraging talent, technology, and data to enhance the global company image across our three core verticals: Supari Studios, Post Office, and Keeda Media. Your deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and data translation skills will be instrumental in crafting digital solutions for clients with a creative and strategic approach. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive campaign frameworks based on trend research and maintaining strategic brand narratives. - Creating platform-specific strategies for social media channels and optimizing content performance through analytics. - Monitoring social platforms for emerging trends and translating insights into strategic recommendations. - Designing community-driven content strategies for audience engagement and growth. - Conducting detailed strategic analyses to address brand-specific challenges and opportunities. - Ensuring strategic consistency across all accounts through collaboration with internal teams. - Collaborating with clients to align insights and recommendations with their objectives and brand vision. We are looking for candidates who possess: - 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency working on culturally relevant brand campaigns. - Strong curiosity and passion for understanding consumer behavior and cultural trends. - Ability to conduct primary research, analyze data, and uncover consumer insights. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Basic knowledge of social media analytics, website analytics, and digital metrics. - Proactive approach to staying updated on the digital media landscape. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
