Job Summary:
We re looking for a Social Media Manager with 1-3 years of experience to plan, execute, and manage social media strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness. You ll oversee content creation, campaign planning, and performance analysis across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Create and schedule engaging content for multiple social media platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Excellent content creation, writing, and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
