Lead Conversion Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Conversion Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential leads, providing information about our products/services, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from lead databases or CRM systems.
• Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, web leads, or referrals.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services accordingly.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain a professional and friendly approach.
• Handle objections confidently and work to convert inquiries into sales or qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all conversations in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of converted leads.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English and telugu.
• Proven experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and lead management.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BTech in Civil Engineering.
• Prior experience in Interior Design or Building Material comapnies.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
