Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Executive to manage on-site activities related to vehicle assessments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, capturing accurate vehicle photographs, collecting required documents, conducting basic enquiries, and handling paperwork as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Visit customer locations as per assigned cases. Capture clear and accurate photographs of vehicles from required angles. Collect and verify necessary documents from customers. Conduct basic enquiry/investigation about the vehicle or case as instructed. Travel within the assigned district or surrounding areas as required. Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of reports and paperwork. Maintain professionalism and build trust during customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams for case updates and closures. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma; Graduation preferred. Valid two-wheeler license and access to own vehicle is a must. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of vehicle types and documentation is an advantage. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. You are seeking a highly driven and experienced General Manager or Business Head B2B Sales to lead OEM acquisition and relationship development in the Roadside Assistance (RSA) sector. Your responsibilities will include leading business development and strategic sales efforts targeting automobile OEMs (2W, PV, CV, EV).
