Regional Supply Manager

Role Overview: As a Regional Manager - Supply, your main objective is to onboard vendors such as automobile technicians and towing vehicles in your assigned geographical region to ensure timely order fulfillment. You must be willing to travel frequently to effectively carry out your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Source vendors in the assigned geographical regions - On-board vendors according to the company's terms and policies through the Mec+ application - Identify skill gaps and deploy the necessary vendors in the region - Ensure 100% fulfillment of orders received in the region - Train vendors on using the Mec+ application and completing orders through technology - Proactively educate vendors on customer experience, discipline, safety, and other relevant factors Qualifications: - Effective time management skills for handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups efficiently - Experience collaborating with other teams to address customer needs and improve service - Strong abilities in verbal communication and active listening - Mandatory fluency in Hindi, knowledge of South Indian languages is advantageous - Ability to work independently - Flexibility and adaptability - Availability to take calls most of the time - Willingness to work on rotational week-offs About ReadyAssist: ReadyAssist is one of India's largest digital roadside assistance and vehicle lifecycle management companies.
