Lead Conversion Executive

The position of Lead Conversion Executive at ReadyAssist in HSR Layout, Bangalore, requires 1-3 years of experience in B2C Inside sales. As a Lead Conversion Executive, your primary goal will be to convert potential leads into customers through outbound calls for the company's products and services. Your responsibilities will include being accountable for lead conversion, achieving a 100% target in conversions, making outbound calls to convert leads, booking customer slots as per their request, handling objections or issues during the conversion process, and explaining the installation process if required by the customer. To excel in this role, you should possess effective time management skills for handling a high volume of outbound calls, collaborate with other teams to address customer needs, have strong verbal communication and active listening skills, be proficient in South Indian regional language and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage), work well independently, and be willing to work on rotational week offs.
