Job Description

You are seeking a highly driven and experienced General Manager or Business Head B2B Sales to lead OEM acquisition and relationship development in the Roadside Assistance (RSA) sector. You should bring a deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem, strong OEM connections, and a proven track record in building strategic partnerships to grow RSA business across India. Your responsibilities will include leading business development and strategic sales efforts targeting automobile OEMs (2W, PV, CV, EV). You will need to identify new OEM partnership opportunities and drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from pitching to negotiation, closure, and onboarding. Working closely with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to tailor Roadside Assistance solutions for each OEMs customer lifecycle is crucial. It is essential to ensure long-term relationship management with senior stakeholders at OEMs, drive revenue growth, account expansion, and contract renewals with OEM clients, and monitor competition, market trends, and client feedback to enhance offerings and value proposition. You should have 10-20 years of B2B sales experience, preferably about 5 years in the automobile OEM relationship or Roadside Assistance industry. Strong relationships with automobile OEMs and decision-makers are necessary, along with a proven track record in enterprise sales, solution selling, and closing high-value deals. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into service offerings, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required. You should be flexible and adaptable to new-age, AI-driven technologies and platforms used for RSA operations and customer engagement, collaborate with tech teams, and leverage digital tools to enhance client servicing and operational efficiency.
