We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant - Service Now Developer. As the technical owner in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, assigning tasks, and providing necessary technical guidance. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the technical owner and managing a team of developers, assigning tasks, and offering technical guidance when required. - Mentoring and leading a team of developers. - Collaborating with clients to understand requirements, designing and developing solutions for the ServiceNow platform, from feature enhancements to full application suite deployment. - Executing agile sprint-defined development tasks to support release cycles by developing, unit testing, functional testing, and peer reviewing team members" work. - Creating and customizing complex workflows and custom workflow activities. - Translating business requirements into technical requirements and development tasks in coordination with clients, Architects, Business Analysts, and developers. - Reviewing design and code per sprint to ensure quality. - Developing a deep understanding of the products we implement and client business. - Providing production support and resolving issues under pressure. - Participating in project estimation and regular Knowledge Transfer sessions. - Staying updated with the latest capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform and coordinating upgrades and testing activities. - Contributing to the continuous development of training paths for professional growth and defining best development practices. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in leading client projects as a technical lead. - Certified System Administrator (CSA). - Mainline Implementor certifications (ITOM) or Implementation experience of ITOM module. - Strong hands-on experience in Java scripting, debugging, and deployment using update sets. - Proficiency in working with various ServiceNow components like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, etc. - Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles. - Strong management, analytic, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a positive outlook and result-oriented approach.
