Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy and Management


  • Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy and SOPs that reflects the organisation’s mission, values, and market positioning.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels - internally and externally.

  • Lead brand campaigns and initiatives that enhance awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

  • Monitor brand performance and perception through data-driven insights.


Media & Public Relations


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

  • Collaborate with PR agencies to develop media plans and drive optimum outcomes

  • Develop and manage PR strategies, press releases, op-eds, articles, media kits, and thought leadership content.

  • Lead crisis communication planning and execution with discretion and agility.


Campaigns & Event Strategy


  • Ideate & lead campaigns – from conception, design to execution

  • Design and execute strategic events including corporate conferences, internal engagements, product launches, and CSR initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless event delivery.

  • Manage event logistics, and post-event evaluations to measure impact.


Requirements


  • Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Bachelors degree in English literature will be an advantage.

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, with demonstrated success in brand management, media relations, and event leadership.

  • Experience of working with diverse stakeholders and communities, drawing and driving inclusive communication strategies.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills (English & Hindi, and any other language).

  • Strategic thinker with a creative and hands-on approach.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Agile, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong designing skills - understanding of layout, infographics, typography, colour theory, composition etc to support branding & visual identity.

  • Strong knowledge & application of design & multimedia applications such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Corel draw, Illustrator, video editing software such as Filmora, Adobe Premiere.

  • Knowledge and use of AI driven applications for managing multiple platforms at work (such as in design, presentations, film editing etc.)

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good editing & proof-reading skills.

  • Experience in brand refresh or rebranding initiatives.

  • Proficient in designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong data management skills.

  • Deep commitment to the social justice, equity, and nonprofit values, particularly to the cause of elderly.
