Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading business acquisition and client engagement through a 360-degree approach - LAND, EXPAND, and SUSTAIN. This involves ensuring strategic growth, relationship maturity, and long-term account profitability by utilizing your sales acumen, relationship intelligence, and understanding of design-led business solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the entire opportunity lifecycle, from understanding client briefs to delivering final business presentations. - Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and ensure successful project kick-off. - Lead RFQ/RFP management, proposal submissions, and commercial negotiations. - Maintain a strong pipeline conversion ratio to meet revenue targets. - Identify new verticals, divisions, and geographies within existing and new client organizations to drive incremental revenue. - Co-create proactive pitch strategies and lead client presentations. - Formulate and execute Key Account Plans for long-term client retention. - Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, OEMs, and channel partners. - Measure and report Customer Satisfaction Index on a quarterly basis. - Conduct strategic client visits across geographies to strengthen engagement and uncover opportunities. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Design Management. - MBA or PG in Marketing, Retail, or Strategic Management preferred.
