Job Overview

AI-driven chatbot and voicebot projects

hands-on development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  design, architecture, and development

  of conversational AI platforms (chatbots, voicebots, LLM integrations).
• Drive

  pre-sales and client solutioning

  activities, including proposals, RFPs, and technical presentations.
• Develop and integrate

  LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, Bedrock, Anthropic, etc.)

  into enterprise chatbot frameworks.
• Create

  PoCs (Proof of Concepts)

  and technical demonstrations for clients.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, UI/UX, and backend teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices in scalability, security, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in

  AI, NLP, and conversational technologies.

Technical Skills Required

• Languages:

  Python (Flask/FastAPI), Node.js

• Chatbot Frameworks:

  Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom Python-based frameworks

• AI/LLM Tools:

  OpenAI, LangChain, Bedrock, Anthropic, etc.

• Concepts:

  NLP, NLU, Prompt Engineering, Context Management, Microservices Architecture

• Databases:

  MongoDB, MySQL

• Cloud/DevOps:

  AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

• Bonus:

  Experience in

  solution demos, RFP responses, and client-facing technical discussions

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of overall software development experience
• Minimum 3+ years in

  chatbot, AI, or LLM-based architecture/design

• Strong understanding of solution design and pre-sales engagement

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction

• Ability to manage both technical leadership and client expectations
