Location - Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode - Onsite (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

The Lead Capacity Management is responsible for overseeing infrastructure and application capacity across the Banks technology landscape.
This role involves monitoring usage trends, forecasting future requirements, and planning upgrades to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
The position also ensures adherence to regulatory and compliance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align capacity planning with business and operational goals

Role & responsibilities

Monitor infrastructure and application capacity across compute, storage, and network layers to identify trends and potential bottlenecks.
Lead capacity planning and forecasting initiatives to support business growth and technology upgrades.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, assess utilization, and recommend scalable solutions.
Drive automation and orchestration of capacity monitoring and reporting using banks observability and automation tools
Ensure capacity-related decisions align with regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI) and internal compliance standards.
Support audits and maintain accurate documentation of capacity metrics, thresholds,

procedures, SOPs and planning models.
