Lead Business Execution Consultant (VP)

Location:Bangalore,Hyderabad

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years Capital Markets experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of institutional broker/dealer trading practices across a vast array of products including, but not limited to, foreign exchange, fixed income, equities, and derivatives
• Experience working across a broad set of capital markets businesses, market dynamics, and issues impacting a complex set of business activities and personnel
• Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and project managers and effectively present to target audiences (technology, business, vendors, etc.)
• Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment with multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to think strategically, be a self-starter, challenge the status quo, implement, and effectively deliver business objectives
• Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies including SDLC and Agile
• Knowledge and understanding of complex IT environments: cross-functional areas, large number of interfaces and data sources
• Strong data management, financial management, quality management and organization skills
