About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Business Analyst to work on IT projects. The role involves analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and coordinating with technical teams.

Qualification & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech in CSE or IT / M.Tech / MS / MCA / MBA with at least 10 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collect and document business needs through meetings, workshops, and surveys.
• Process Analysis: Develop process flow diagrams, find inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with developers to design solutions that match business goals.
• Validation & Testing: Conduct UAT and gather user feedback.
• Documentation: Prepare user stories, specifications, and maintain complete records.
• Communication & Risk Management: Serve as the bridge between CPCB and the tech team, ensuring clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
