Clarivate is currently seeking a Lead Benefits Analyst to join our growing, Global Benefits team! Partnering with team members around the world, you will be responsible for the operation and design of benefit programs, and consulting with internal stakeholders. This position in India, Bangalore is an amazing opportunity to join our dynamic Global Benefits team. This position will report to the Director of Global Benefits. About You: Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of benefits specialist experience managing programs specific to the APAC/EMEA regions. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in both written and spoken English Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets It would be great if you also had the following. Prior or current experience working for a Technology-related company Experience working for a global organization across multiple time zones Experience using Workday What will you be doing in this role? Regional Benefit placements and annual renewals Managing relationships with external consultants and/or suppliers (insurance carriers, insurance brokers), making sure company receives satisfactory level of service. Market Benchmarking – implementing Benefit policies in line with Clarivate's overall benefits strategy Employee Benefit communications & partnering with our Internal Communications team Workday Help administration & handling of employee inquiries, including knowledge article creation and review Creation, review, and maintenance/compliance of local benefit-related policies/allowances, ensuring smooth administration Regional well-being support and ensuring employee well-being engagement M&A benefit review/harmonization About The Team The Global Benefits team functions as a center of expertise at Clarivate, supporting colleagues in more than 40 countries worldwide. Hours of Work The Global Benefits team works across multiple time zones and currently has team members in the United States, the United Kingdom and Serbia.
