Lead BA - Channels (Contact Center Automation)

As a Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading Channels, Contact Center Automation, and Digital Transformation projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strong exposure to Channels, Contact Center Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives. - Preferred experience with AI/ML-based solutions in the context of contact center or digital channels. - Utilize core BA skills such as requirements gathering, user story creation, stakeholder workshops, and documentation. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage global stakeholders across different geographies. - Work in Agile delivery environments, with hands-on knowledge of Jira and Confluence. - Showcase proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to shape solution design aligned with customer and operational goals. - Prior experience in large banking or financial institutions is preferred. You are required to have 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis along with Contact Center Automation and Digital Transformation expertise. Global Banking Experience is mandatory for this role. The location for this job can be in Pune, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad with an immediate notice period.
