Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Application Maintenance Support Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js or Java, along with Front-End technologies. The ideal candidate should not only have deep technical skills in debugging and problem resolution but also the ability to guide junior members, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure stable and reliable application operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

Act as a senior point of contact for major application development, application maintenance and production support activities.
Lead the resolution of complex incidents, performance issues, and outages, ensuring minimal business impact.
Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent solutions for recurring problems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of delivery , seamless deployments and system stability.
Review and improve existing monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, escalation protocols, and stakeholder communication.
Work flexibly across rotational shifts and provide leadership during critical support windows.
