Job Description

You will be responsible for acting as a senior point of contact for major application development, application maintenance, and production support activities. Your role will involve leading the resolution of complex incidents, performance issues, and outages to ensure minimal business impact. Additionally, you will need to perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent solutions for recurring problems. As a Lead Application Maintenance Support Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the quality of delivery, seamless deployments, and system stability. You will also be expected to review and enhance existing monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms. Ensuring compliance with SLAs, escalation protocols, and stakeholder communication will be part of your responsibilities. Your flexibility to work across rotational shifts and provide leadership during critical support windows is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong expertise in Node.js or Java, along with Front-End technologies. In addition to deep technical skills in debugging and problem resolution, you should possess the ability to guide junior members, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure stable and reliable application operations.,
