Lead Analyst - SAP ABAP & SD

Role Overview: You are excited to announce an opening for Lead Analyst at AM GCC. As a Lead Analyst, you will be integrated within the Order to Delivery Domain managing the evolutions of several Business processes through different IT systems based on multiple technologies. You will be responsible for translating business needs into IT solutions and managing technical analysis and developments independently. Your role involves driving the evolution of IT systems to ensure they meet business needs and align with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Being business-oriented, understanding business processes and needs, and translating these needs into IT solutions. - Managing technical analysis and developments independently, delivering complex business features with the highest quality. - Managing all possible requests independently while maintaining agreed timelines. - Providing guidance and technical support to team members and stakeholders. - Playing a crucial role in knowledge safeguarding by protecting, documenting, and enhancing the team's technical expertise and process knowledge. - Collaborating with an extended team with members in Europe and India to support the delivery of change requests for the business. - Analyzing technical impact, defining technical solutions, providing estimates and planning, and ultimately implementing and testing change requests. - Driving the evolution of existing Information Systems based on business requirements and IT Standards set by IT architects. - Managing the quality of technical analysis and developments, supporting both business and IT testing to ensure solutions meet required standards and function effectively. Qualifications Required: - Possess strong analytical skills to transform complex business/technical needs into optimized IT requirements. - Strong IT background, experience in development, and ability to challenge architecture and technical solutions. - Processes and IT systems-minded, a team player, stakeholder-oriented, and able to understand and adapt to a complex and changing environment. - Relevant experience in a similar function as a Senior / Lead IT analyst in another organization. - Background with SAP SD module and experience with SAP Workflow Management. - Eager to learn and adapt in a highly optimized SAP environment, flexibility, openness to new technologies. - Ability to read, understand, and write code. - A master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. - Proficiency in English at an advanced level.,
