Job Description

The Marketing Strategy & Analytics Team

Oktas Marketing Strategy & Analytics team plays a critical role in developing and tracking progress towards our key business performance indicators, detecting key changes in our marketing funnel performance and driving strategic analyses to optimize performance.

What youll be doing

Help Design and Launch Dashboards and Support our Stakeholders

  • Support new dashboard development at every stage of the process; from requirements gathering, to design, QA, launch, and enablement.
  • Service incoming support requests on dashboards including performing updates, iterations, and fixes on existing dashboards.

Help architect and maintain datasets, queries, and sources

  • Support the Marketing Analytics team analysis and dashboard development through custom SQL queries and datasets maintenance and development.
  • Work cross-functionally with Oktas Data & Insights and Marketing Ops team members to build accurate data sources and pipelines to power Marketing reporting.
  • Understand marketing technology ecosystem, including our data foundation in detail. Partner with internal teams on processes to ensure data accuracy and uninterrupted lead flow delivery to our Sales teams.
  • Enhance data pipelines by adding new fields and measures to improve reporting accuracy/capabilities and support evolving business needs
  • Design and develop data models that support analytical workflows in Tableau, ensuring seamless data integration, performance, and accuracy in reporting

What youll bring to the role

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, and Analytics in a B2B environment with a focus on analysis and dashboarding for marketing campaigns and website performance.
  • Expert level Tableau skills, including certification and 5+ years experience developing in Tableau dashboards and datasets.
  • Advanced SQL skills with 5+ years experience in leveraging SQL in B2B environments.
  • Experience working in Snowflake and understanding of data warehouse best practices.
  • Strong experience and working knowledge of marketing technology stack including Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and 6Sense.
  • Experience analyzing website and digital marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and influence along with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Full-funnel metrics experience across attributable and non-attributable conversion actions.
  • Tableau certified would be preferred.
