Lead Analyst - Data & Generative AI Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to drive our data strategy and leverage cutting-edge AI technologies. This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels in technical execution, generating business insights, and effectively managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will blend deep data analytics skills with practical experience in Generative AI and prompt engineering to significantly boost operational efficiency and deliver superior client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Programming

Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and analytical solutions to support business objectives.

Utilize Python programming for data manipulation, statistical analysis, automation, and building custom analytical scripts.

Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights and clear, concise recommendations for stakeholders and clients.

Artificial Intelligence & Efficiency

Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the practical application of AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies.

Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to maximize the utility and accuracy of large language models (LLMs) and other AI tools.

Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and workflows to drive process efficiency across analytical and operational tasks.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Develop, manage, and maintain compelling Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports. Demonstrate proficiency in leading BI platforms for data visualization and reporting:

Power BI

Apache Superset

Tableau

Client Communication & Management

Lead the presentation of findings and strategic recommendations to both internal and external clients and senior management.

Manage client expectations and serve as the primary technical point of contact for project delivery and data insights.

Ensure high-quality deliverables and foster strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar data-focused role.

Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level knowledge of Data Analytics principles and methodologies.

Strong programming skills in Python (including relevant libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

Demonstrated experience with SQL is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹9,777.58 - ₹37,415.26 per month
