Role Summary:

We are hiring a Lead Engineer to code AI-powered agents that solves complex problems. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work directly with clients, lead engineering teams, and build scalable AI-driven systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end system architecture for an AI-based platformLead development across backend, AI/ML, and integrationsBuild AI solutions for OCR, NLP, Speech-to-Text, Computer VisionWork closely with stakeholders and clientsMentor engineers and ensure high-quality deliveryDrive POC → Pilot → Production rolloutEnsure data security, privacy, and compliance 

Required Skills:

5–8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in a lead roleStrong hands-on experience with Python / FastAPIExperience building scalable, cloud-based systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)Exposure to AI/ML systems (NLP, CV, Speech)Strong understanding of API design and integrationsExcellent communication and team leadership skills
