Global Connect Support Engineer - Information Security

The Global Connect Support Engineer within the Information Security team plays a crucial role in supporting the secure delivery of global connectivity solutions across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and partner ecosystems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the secure, compliant, and resilient connectivity that safeguards sensitive healthcare data while facilitating global business operations. As a Global Connect Support Engineer, you will be tasked with monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving connectivity issues across global VPNs, SD-WAN, and direct cloud connections, with a strong emphasis on security and compliance. It will be your duty to maintain the security posture across all external and internal connections, including encryption standards, authentication protocols, and policy enforcement. This position is part of the Enterprise Information Security department and reports to the Manager of Global Network Security Operations. The role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Information Security. The work location can be remote, hybrid, or based in the office in Hyderabad, with the operation following US shift timings. There are currently 3 open positions for this role.
