Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our administration and infrastructure expansion efforts in the FinTech/Payments industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, infrastructure management, and team leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies for administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and compliance.
Manage and maintain the company's infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Lead and manage a team of administrators and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Analyze and resolve complex administrative problems using problem-solving skills.
Ensure all administrative activities align with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in administration, infrastructure management, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience in the FinTech/Payments industry is preferred.
