Job Description

Warehouse In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventor management.
Plan and allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain
accurate stock levels
using ERP / inventory management systems.
Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward goods.
Monitor Loading and unloading operations.
Conduct regular
stock audits
and reconcile discrepancies.
Enforce
safety and housekeeping standards
inside the warehouse.
Coordinate with
procurement, logistics, and production teams
for material flow.
Prepare and share daily / weekly warehouse reports with management

Qualifications & Skills

Good communication skills in
Tamil and basic English
.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word and other basic computer operations.
Must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
