The role of Lawyer based in Rewa is a full-time on-site position that entails providing legal advice, representing clients in court cases, preparing legal documents, and conducting legal research. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients, handling legal transactions, drafting and filing legal documents, and maintaining case files. You will also be tasked with interpreting laws and regulations, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. To excel in this role, you must possess strong legal research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to provide sound legal advice, handle client relationships effectively, and communicate clearly both in writing and orally. You should also demonstrate proficiency in analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving, and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in litigation and court procedures is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and active membership in the Bar Council. Familiarity with legal software and case management tools would be advantageous.
