Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Training

Conduct tennis coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
Train members in proper techniques, footwork, strategies, and match play.
Design structured lesson plans and progression programs for individuals and groups.
Provide personalized feedback and monitor performance improvement.
Conduct warm-ups, drills, and cool-down exercises.

Member Engagement

Maintain a positive and engaging environment during sessions.
Motivate players and ensure high member satisfaction.
Organize friendly matches, tournaments, and skill-development activities.

Court & Equipment Management

Ensure tennis courts, nets, and equipment are in proper condition before sessions.
Follow club rules for court bookings and member usage.
Report any damage or maintenance needs to management.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure a safe training environment and follow all safety guidelines.
Provide immediate support in case of minor injuries and report incidents.
Maintain discipline and ensure members follow club policies.

Administration & Coordination

Maintain attendance, progress reports, and coaching records when required.
Coordinate with management for scheduling, events, and special programs.
Support promotional activities related to tennis programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
