Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research, drafting, and compliance documentation for litigation and corporate matters.Manage and support client onboarding processes including agreements, due diligence, compliance checks, and initial consultation follow-ups.Assist in case preparation for Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts & Tribunals.Coordinate with empaneled lawyers, associate lawyers, and interns for assignments and reporting.Lead ATL (Above the Line) activities: legal awareness campaigns, seminars, bar association meetings, conferences, and institutional outreach.Lead BTL (Below the Line) activities: client engagement drives, lawyer outreach, campus tie-ups, referral networks, and associate acquisition campaigns.Maintain case briefs, records, MIS reports, and ensure smooth legal workflow.Directly report to Senior Partners and play an active role in firm growth.If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for law and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
