Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Laundry Manager to join our team on a Luxury Cruise Line. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the laundry service team to ensure high-quality standards.
Develop and implement effective laundry washing procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize resources and minimize waste.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of laundry washing procedures and protocols is essential.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
