Launch Engineer

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop and manage detailed project plans for new product launches.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and

supply chain to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring that all launch activities are completed

on schedule.

• Process Development and Improvement:

Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and optimize production

processes for new products.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-

effectiveness.

Ensure that all processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to support launch activities, including personnel, equipment,

and materials.

Manage budgets and track expenses related to product launches.

Ensure that all necessary resources are available and properly utilized throughout the

launch process.

• Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the success of product launches.

Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address identified risks.

Monitor and report on risk status throughout the launch process.

• Communication and Reporting:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related activities and communications.

Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks,

and issues.

Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation related to product

launches.

• Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all new products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Work with quality assurance teams to develop and implement quality control plans for new

products.

Address any quality issues that arise during the launch process and implement corrective

actions as needed.

• Training and Support:

Provide training and support to production teams on new products and processes.

Develop training materials and documentation to support the launch of new products.
