Launch Associate in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Launch:
• Use data to analyze and evaluate high-potential dark store expansion opportunities in sync with the partnerships team
• Collaborate with the real estate team to scout, negotiate, secure sites, and initiate setup
• Design layouts, racking, staging zones, and ensure infra readiness
• Go-to-market (GTM):
• Build the supply-chain network design from scratch
• Own and execute the city launch playbook across infra, staffing, setup, last-mile delivery, and SOPs
• Coordinate closely with internal (tech, partnerships, finance, Ops, HR, real estate) and external stakeholders to keep launch timelines on track and drive strategic initiatives
• Team building:
• Build high-performance ground teams from scratch in every new city
• Onboard dark store associates and delivery partners in sync with HR team, while embedding Zippee’s fast-paced, ownership-first culture
• Set up scalable performance processes
• Operational excellence:
• Build and manage go-live scorecards and launch checklists
• Set up MIS, dashboards, and operational reporting
• Own and track city-level P&L through the launch cycle
• Process excellence:
• Solve operational issues and ensure all SOPs are running smoothly post-launch
