Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Laser Cutting Machine Operator at Clean Air Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of our cutting-edge laser cutting equipment. In addition to machine operation, you will bring expertise in creating and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines in accordance with job specifications.
• Create accurate engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide the laser cutting process.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser cutting equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a laser cutting machine operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating laser cutting equipment.
• Strong skills in creating and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with [specific laser cutting machine brand or software] is a plus.
