Role Overview: As a Laser Cutting Machine Operator at Clean Air Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of our cutting-edge laser cutting equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate laser cutting machines in accordance with job specifications. - Create accurate engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD software. - Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide the laser cutting process. - Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and ensure product quality and efficiency. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser cutting equipment. - Inspect finished products to meet quality standards. - Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience as a laser cutting machine operator or similar role. - Proficiency in setting up and operating laser cutting equipment. - Strong skills in creating and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD software. - Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent attention to detail and quality. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Prior experience with a specific laser cutting machine brand or software is a plus.
