Landscape Manager

Project Manager in a landscape company oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include ¹ ² ³:

- Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, setting milestones, and allocating resources.

- Team Management: Leading cross-functional teams, guiding site supervisors and installers, and supervising landscape staff.

- Client Communication: Understanding client needs, managing expectations, and providing solutions to issues.

- Budgeting and Cost Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing accurate cost estimates.

- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

- Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality work, monitoring progress, and conducting site visits.

- Documentation: Preparing project-related documents, such as material inspection reports, measurement sheets, and work completion certificates.

Requirements and Skills ³ ² ¹:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or related field.
