Urgent hiring for the position for Landscape Manager

Experience –

3–7 years of relevant experience

Qualification-

Bachelor’s/master’s degree with Specialization Landscape Management

Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Landscape Manager

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and beautification of gardens, lawns, landscapes, and all green areas within the campus.
• Plan and implement horticultural work schedules, including seasonal plantation, garden layouts, and landscaping activities.
• Supervise horticulture staff, assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure workforce discipline.
• Manage plant care activities such as sowing, pruning, trimming, watering, weeding, and pest/disease control.
• Ensure proper upkeep of trees, shrubs, flowering plants, indoor/outdoor plants, and nursery stock to maintain plant health and aesthetics.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of seeds, saplings, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and other materials.
• Coordinate with management and event teams for landscaping projects, plant arrangements, and special horticulture requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all horticulture operations.
