Key Responsibilities: 🌿 Design & Planning Create detailed landscape designs using SketchUp. Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion. Collaborate with the team to refine concepts and present final design to clients. Prepare basic layout drawings, material boards, and BOQ. 🏗️ Site Supervision Supervise landscape site execution including softscape (plants, grass) and hardscape (pathways, pergolas, water features). Coordinate day-to-day work with: Fabricators (for MS structures, pergolas, railing) Carpenters (for wooden/ply structures, furniture) Electricians (for garden lighting, wiring) Labour & Mistri (for soil work, leveling, stone laying, plantation etc.) Ensure timely completion of tasks as per design and quality standards. Handle procurement coordination and site-level measurements. Report daily progress with photos and updates. Required Skills: SketchUp – Advanced level Lumion – Rendering & Walkthrough creation AutoCAD – Basic for layout understanding On-site communication & coordination Understanding of landscaping elements (plants, stones, irrigation, lighting etc.) Time management and leadership Team handling & labor management Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Landscape Design / Civil Engineering / Interior Design Prior experience in landscape or civil execution Ability to read civil/architectural drawings Bike with valid driving license (for site travel) Why Join Us?
