Job Summary

We are looking for a

Site Engineer – Civil

with expertise in

hardscaping, plumbing, and electrical systems (MEP)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

executing outdoor landscaping projects

, including

pathways, gazebos, pergolas, swimming pools, and lighting systems

. The role involves

site supervision, vendor coordination, material procurement, and quality control

.

🔹 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Hardscaping & Structural Execution

✅ Plan and execute

pathways, driveways, decks, and pergolas

.✅ Oversee

RCC, stonework, concrete finishing, and tiling

.✅ Ensure proper

waterproofing and structural integrity

of outdoor constructions.

2️⃣ Plumbing & Water Systems Management

✅ Supervise

swimming pool construction, waterproofing, and drainage solutions

.✅ Install and maintain

irrigation systems, fountains, and rainwater drainage

.✅ Inspect and troubleshoot

plumbing pipelines and water circulation systems

.

3️⃣ Electrical & Outdoor Automation

✅ Oversee the

installation of garden lights, pool lights, and electrical systems

.✅ Ensure

proper earthing, wiring, and waterproof electrical fittings

.✅ Manage outdoor

sensor-based lighting, irrigation automation, and pump systems

.

4️⃣ Site Supervision & Project Coordination

✅ Manage

on-site labor teams, subcontractors, and vendors

.✅ Ensure all work complies with

safety standards and quality control measures

.✅ Track project progress and

report updates to management

.

5️⃣ Material Procurement & Cost Control

✅ Identify and source

cost-effective construction materials

.✅ Work closely with

vendors, suppliers, and procurement teams

.✅ Maintain

inventory and prevent project delays due to material shortages

.

🔹 Key Skills Required

✔

Civil Engineering Expertise

– RCC, concrete, stonework, tiling, waterproofing✔

Hardscaping Execution

– Driveways, pathways, decks, pergolas✔

MEP Coordination

– Plumbing, electrical, irrigation, automation✔

Site Supervision & Labor Management

✔

Vendor & Material Procurement

✔

Project Reporting & Documentation

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile

✅

3+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, or infrastructure projects

.✅ Strong knowledge of

civil materials, waterproofing techniques, and automation systems

.✅ Ability to

lead teams, manage vendors, and execute projects on time

.✅ Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Sketchup, lumion

is a plus.
