Landscape Architect

As a Landscape Architect at INI Design Studio, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including Designing, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Quality Assurance and Control, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants, and project management. You will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: - Designing landscapes and urban spaces - Conducting stakeholder consultations - Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards - Coordinating with other disciplines and consultants - Managing projects effectively Qualifications: - Master's/bachelor's degree in architecture, Landscape Design, Urban Design or related field with minimum 3 years of industry experience - Strong knowledge and expertise in Landscape architectural/urban design and project management - Experience in making presentations before the client, preparing Tender documents, drawings, and construction drawings - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients - Experience leading a team of designers and managing multiple projects at once - Experience with sustainability and Green certification (LEED, IGBC or GRIHA) is a plus - Proficiency with software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion - Willingness to travel to project locations for meetings.
