Landscape Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Modeller with hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit to support our landscape architecture and design projects. The ideal candidate will focus on creating accurate 3D models and detailed documentation for landscaping projects, ensuring precision and alignment with project requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D landscape models using Revit for various project stages.
  
• Interpret landscape design concepts and convert them into accurate BIM models.
  
• Prepare construction documentation, planting layouts, grading plans, and hardscape details.
  
• Collaborate with landscape architects, civil engineers, and project teams for model coordination.
  
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project specifications.
  
• Assist in clash detection and integration with architectural and structural models.
  
• Maintain and update Revit families and libraries for landscape components.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications
  
• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience in landscape modeling and documentation.
  
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory), with knowledge of BIM workflows.
  
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other visualization tools (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape).
  
• Understanding of landscape elements such as planting, grading, irrigation, and hardscape.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
