Liaisoning with various statutory, local bodies, local planning authorities such as Revenue, BDA, BBMP, CMC, BIAAPA, BMRDA, BDA, Gram Panchayaths, Railways, KSPCB, BWSSB, BSNL, BESCOM, RERA in getting all approvals with respect to implementation of the real estate projects. 7. Review and negotiating bank funding documents, Service Agreements, Agreements related to finance/loan and other allied agreements. 8. Coordinating with the bank officials and Advocates in getting the Project approvals, Project Finance and Housing Loans to the customers. 9. Addressing queries and issues raised by the Customers and their advocates. 10. Keeping track of all the cases and coordinating with external advocates in attending the cases and follow up of the same. 11. Replying to the legal notices, keeping track of all the legal notices and resolving the issues. 12. Maintaining the project wise original documents and records. 13. Coordinating on daily basis with various internal teams such as Planning, Architects, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, CRM, Accounts and Purchase. 14. Coordinating with Customers in forming the Apartments Owners Association and handing over of the project to the Association. 15. Providing clarification to Business/Finance other internal teams w.r.t any legal issues. 16. Advice management and other internal departments on prevailing legal risks and liabilities associated with different deals. 17. Coordinating with various internal stake holders for perpetration, vetting, negotiation of various deeds and documents. 18. Preparation and Review of LOI’s, Leave and license agreements in respect of Commercial complex/Mall. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree, LLB, LLM (anyone) 2. Must have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate Industry. 3. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. 4. Proficiency in reading the land documents in Kannada and drafting in Kannada is mandatory. 5. Languages: Kannada, English
