Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager located in New Delhi. The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land for development, conducting market research and analysis, and negotiating purchase agreements. Key tasks include evaluating land use planning, performing due diligence, managing financial assessments, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Land Use Planning and Market Research skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Acquisitions experience
• Proficiency in Finance and financial assessments
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, or related field
