Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source land parcels from various sources, private parties, and real estate agents.
Conduct site visits to assess potential properties for acquisition.
Negotiate prices and terms with sellers to secure favorable deals.
Ensure timely possession of acquired lands by coordinating with legal teams and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including title searches and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in Land Acquisition or Property Acquisition.
Strong understanding of local market trends and regulations.
Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings (added advantage).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
